    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Regional Business Manager to oversee and expand our business operations across the assigned region. The role involves managing sales, business development, and client relationships within the interior design and home décor sector, ensuring profitability and growth through strategic planning, team leadership, and market expansion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive business growth and achieve sales/revenue targets within the assigned region.
    • Lead, guide, and manage a team of sales and business development executives.
    • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
    • Build strong partnerships with architects, interior designers, builders, corporate clients, and retail customers.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and client segments.
    • Ensure seamless coordination with design, project execution, and operations teams for client satisfaction.
    • Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine business approaches.
    • Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for the region.
    • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, service quality standards, and operational efficiency.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
    • 8–12 years of proven experience in sales and business management, with at least 5–7 years in the interior design, home décor, furniture, or luxury lifestyle
    • Strong network with industry stakeholders such as architects, designers, builders, and high-value clients.
    • Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of managing regional teams.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with business acumen.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
